The R&D section performs a variety of tasks, beginning with fabrication and ending with the final inspection of the finished product. The textile industry is evolving at a rapid rate, and we now have new fibers ready for processing and commercialization on a large scale. We believe in creativity, which is why our R&D department keeps an eye on all of the other departments, including fabric planning, weaving, printing, finishing, lab, and so on. FEATURES OF PERFORMANCE FABRIC
LOW SHRINKAGE
The performance feature shows a reduction of 2% x 2% (LXW) up to 20 washes. This feature virtually gives the garment a longer life.
COLOR BONDING
The performance of clothing is very colorful. Even when washed, clothing retains its dyes and chemical properties and shows equal freshness.
LOW PILLING
One of the disadvantages of the washing period is pilling. The use of anti-piller agents and various weaker on performance materials has eliminated even after 20 washes the occurrence of pilling.
WICKING EFFECT
This is a substance and garment chemical treatment that causes extraordinary water and moisture absorption. This effect can absorb water in 0-60 seconds from the performance textile.
